The olive orchard is situated in the village of Posedarje, in Croatia, near the city of Zadar. Our trees are energized by strong Mediterranean Sun, watered by southern wind Jugo coming from Adriatic sea, and refreshed and cleaned with Bura, blowing straight down the hills of the mountain Velebit.
We have planted seven olive cultivars (oblica, bjelica, leccino, pendolino, coratina, frantoio, levantinka) on six different micro-locations, ranging from rocky and dry Mediterranean red soils to deep, sandy and rich soils, each specifically contributing to the final chemical and organoleptic characteristics of our oil.
